This popular, famous route follows the English & Welsh Border for 177 miles, starting in the South at Chepstow and finishing at the North Wales seaside resort of Prestatyn you will pass through ever changing landscapes from forestry’s to open hillsides and will be treated at times to some spectacular scenery.

The medieval Dyke was formed in the 8th century by King Offa to defend his Kingdom from the west and a few sections are still very visible today. 

This route can be undertaken in as little as 12 days but most like to tackle it at a more leisurely pace of 16 days walking with some extra over night stays to rest at Hay on Wye, Knighton or Llangollen.

 

Prices start from as little £975 per person based on two sharing.

Single walker supplements apply of £32 per night.

Solo Traveller £40 per night.
